Q: How much can my company save on our waste disposal?
A: Every company’s situation is different; but on average, our clients save 30-60% on their monthly waste disposal bills.

Q: How quickly can you start the evaluation of our company’s waste program?
A: Normally we can begin the evaluation within a week of reaching an agreement.

Q: Is ECS2 a waste disposal company?
A: No, ECS2 is a waste consulting company that works with the waste and recycling vendors to optimize your services and to provide you with the best disposal pricing available.

Q: Why should my company use ECS2 when we feel our waste disposal is already properly managed?
A: We find savings and hidden profit for over 90% of the clients with whom we partner.

Q: Does my company have to change disposal vendors to save money?
A: That is an option that ECS2 will explore; but a change is not necessary to provide you with savings.

Q: We are currently under a contract with a waste disposal vendor; can you still help us save money?
A: Absolutely, ECS2 will work with your current vendors within the terms and conditions of your existing contracts. ECS2 will also position your company to obtain the best terms and the highest savings possible on future contracts.

Q: As Consultants, do you just submit savings recommendations to us?
A: We not only present you with recommendations; but upon your approval, we will implement the recommendations for your company and perform on-going monthly analysis to make sure that your company is getting the full advantage of the savings available.

Q: How does ECS2 get paid for their waste consulting work?
A: Our income is derived entirely from receiving half of the total savings that we find for your company of the term of our agreement.

Q: We don’t have the budget for consulting work.
A: If you hire ECS2 no budget is required. We are fully compensated on a portion of the savings we find for your company for the term of the agreement.

Q: Will this project create extra work for me or my staff?
A: The time or activities required from you or your staff consists of the following: a 30 minute initial meeting, collection of the initial data that ECS2 requires (you already have this information), a brief walk through of your facility with an ECS2 representative so that we can understand what type of wastes your company is generating and how they flow through the facility, and then another meeting to review and approve the recommendations that ECS2 has developed. ECS2 will invest the majority of the time and resources required. Additionally ECS2 will work with your disposal vendors directly on your behalf, reducing the amount of time that your staff will need to devote to them in the future.

Q: In the past we went through a comprehensive bid process to obtain the lowest price possible for our current waste disposal contract. How can ECS2 do better?                      A: A lot of companies utilize a bid process to secure the best market price available. ECS2’s model is to optimize your complete solid waste disposal plan to identify additional savings.
